I am currently reading This Book by Michael Pollan. It really has opened my eyes and mind about where our food ‘really’ comes from. Corn fed Animals vs Grass fed animals. The Synthetics and processes that go into ‘ Industrial Organic’. The U.S.D.A has us all fooled. The hard work of local farmers and growers are creating a stir and sustainability is more than a lifestyle but more of a movement/revolution. The age of TV dinners and MSG needs to end.
